Problem
Company A had hundreds of patients at a multitude of centers and needed collection, entry, and analysis of inpatient data that would be performed in accordance with HIPAA compliance standards. At the time, Client had no way to ensure proper data handling protocols were in effect. Client also needed comparable data as well as reports generated from data obtained.

Solution
BMS proposed to modify Client's internal data handling protocols and request letters and forms for compliance with HIPAA under Clients's specific circumstances.

Outcome
BMS performed all data processing steps from collection to analysis, and then generated report tailored with analysis to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Sevices (CMS).
