Frederick Cahn, Ph.D., CEO

Dr. Cahn has over 30 years experience in scientific research, invention, technology and product development, clinical studies, regulatory negotiations, reimbursement and marketing. Current chairman of the ASTM comittee that deals standards for tissue engineered medical products (F04.41), Dr. Cahn has served on government peer review committees, university industrial advisory boards, and medical product standardization organizations.

Emily Galati, B.A., COO

Ms. Galati has over 18 years experience in business development, market research, competitive analysis, product development, product launches, reimbursement, and government relations. She has worked successfully at the local and national levels with senior policy personnel at privation government third party payer organizations, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, to ensure appropriate payment for medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

James N. Arvesen, Ph.D.

Dr. Arvesen has over 30 years of quantitative marketing and bio-statistics experience. Dr. Arvesen directed market research and planning and clinical statistics at Pfizer and was a founder and the president of, Amixis Inc., a successful marketing and biostatistics consulting firm. He is an authority and leader in applying advanced statistical methods to competitive intelligence for maximizing the impact of marketing and sales force resources, as well an expert in clinical statistics.

Vincent Jaeger, Ph.D.

Dr. Jaeger is a proven expert in medical techhnology reimbursement. Having held a senior leadership role in the Departments of Medical Policy and Technology Assessment for Aetna and Health Net for 12 years, he is a specialist in critically evaluating new drugs, devices and procedures for national coverage and reimbursement determinations. Dr. Jaeger's considerable experience on the payer side qualifies him to now offer his advanced skills as a consultant to manufacturers to ensure a positive reimbursement outcome and financial success of their newly developed devices and procedures.
